THE PATH of the CEREMONIAL ARTS is beginning its seventh year as 'laboratory' of the Divine Feminine where women come together to remember and co-create an authentic expression of women's spirituality.

We explore many aspects of ancient women’s traditions including ceremonial skills, sacred council participation, ritual design, feminine mythology, listening to Spirit and personal authenticity to mention a few.

We spend time in nature, making use of the elemental world and the beauty of the lands & forest around our temple, The StarHouse, in an organic combination of teaching and co-creative experience.

Who are these Goddesses of myth and legend?

How can their stories enrich us today?

The Journey of the Feminine, beginning it’s fifth year, is a nine month multicultural exploration of the many faces of the Divine Feminine. Following the Goddess Quartet model of Maiden, Mother, Queen and Crone we meet two goddesses for each season of our lives, one goddess each month.

Sitting in sacred circle as our ancestors have done, we use the tools of ceremony, storytelling, council, chanting, song, dance, and snack-time to share how the qualities of each goddess are mirrored in our lives. We keep our numbers small to create an intimate circle of sisterhood.

This is not a lecture series.
Your participation in this “high play” is what makes our journey unique.

SCHEDULE:

COST: $400. We use “Ancient Mirrors of Womanhood” by Merlin Stone as our reference book, copies of which we rent for $10.

REGISTRATION: We give returning women priority placement and then accept women on a first come basis. CURIOUS? You are invited to a free Introductory Circle Sunday evening Sunday March 11th, 2007 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. This evening highlights all the Women’s Programs at The StarHouse. Here you can meet Kate, her co-facilitator Laine Gerritsen, and women of the Journey from past years. The evening is designed to give you a “taste” of Sacred Circle, Council, and Ceremony.
