We revived the play after David’s passing in 2024, and felt it deserved a new life!
Read by a talented cast of characters, with music especially composed by Jesse Mano and Beth Quist.

The production was based on research and sacred journeys that Lila and David took to Israel and the South of France in the late 1990’s.

The play was produced and performed at the Nomad Theater in North Boulder for a month in the early 2000’s. It was ahead of its time, addressing the lost path of the Western Feminine that Magdalene embodied. What if she truly had been recognized as a priestess and initiated into the mysteries?
