StarHouse Annual Tree Sale Fundraiser
Saturday, December 3rd | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Looking for a beautiful tree to enliven and bless your home this holiday season?
PRE-ORDERS CLOSE AT 8PM ON NOVEMBER 29TH.
This December, we welcome you to visit the land and walk the forest with one of StarHouse's caretenders to choose a tree (they can help fell it!) - or select and take home one that's been pre-cut!
Each year, a certain number of trees are identified for removal from the sacred StarHouse land as part of forest management and fire mitigation efforts. For a suggested donation, they can go home with you during this Season of Light and gift their beauty, fragrance, and friendship.
Gratefully, this annual fundraiser comes at a critical time. Your contributions help bolster The StarHouse (a 501.c.3 nonprofit) through the deep winter and allows this Sacred Place to be of service to the greater community.
Suggested donations to The StarHouse per tree based on size:
- under 4' = $30
- 4'-6' = $50
- 6'-8' = $75
- 8'-10' = $100
- over 10" = $125+
Come to the StarHouse where you'll be greeted by community members (to warm your heart), hot beverages and snacks (to warm your body), and the embrace and grounding of this sacred land (to warm your soul)! We will gather at the Waterhouse.
PAYMENT: Cash or check written to The StarHouse are preferred forms of payment; PayPal and cards accepted (and we welcome 5% extra to cover transaction fees).
- Pre-ordered trees must be picked up in person on 12/3/2022 between 10am-2pm at the StarHouse.
- All tie-downs and other materials for safe tree transportation are your responsibility.
- For Cut-Your-Own Trees: Terrain may be challenging to reach the cut-your-own trees, particularly if there is snow on the ground. Please ensure you wear sturdy boots, dress accordingly, and bring a handsaw if at all possible. Some assistance will be available, but we ask those who are able to fell and haul their own trees whenever possible.
The StarHouse/All Seasons Chalice is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that stewards and operates this sacred place, devoted to braiding land, stars, and human hearts.
